 When we talk about your symptoms fever, runny nose and hit in your mouth , we go to diagnosis of common cold which is viral infection which cause symptoms will descripe below , we treat it by use decongestant as congestial , antihistamine as loratidine , and I advise you to drink hot drinks as tea and eat foods which contain vitamine c as orange and limons , you can make vibration with chamomile which can open respiratory way and make you more comfortable , and take temparture depressor as paracatemol , and need time to improve 5-7 days and symptoms to disappear

I advise you to follow our instructions which descriped above , If you do not improve or your symptoms deterioriate go to internal medicine doctor to examine you , take history and do some investigations as chest x-ray and follow your case
