: Managment
When we talk about small lump in your testis that is pain when you touch it and became red , We are thinking about infection on epididymis ( epididymitis ) which is present with symptoms will descripe below , We treat it by primarily use of analgesia as ibuprofen and support testis to elevate it with boxer which relieve and decrease level of pain , with use of oral antibiotic as doxycycline or azithromycin
: Diagnosis
We advise you to follow above instructions and follow your case , if you have deteriorate or symptoms become more bad should go to urology doctor to take detailed history , do full clinical examination and some investigation as urine test and follow your case
