Treatment of hip pain
It is common type or form of pain due to many factors and causes. Firstly, avoid heavy works and standing for long time to decrease pressure on your hip joints. Also, avoid obesity and overweight. Analgesics like Ibbuprofen 600 mg three times daily to relieve pain. ZALDIAR tabs if pain is sever.
