does antibiotics can cause the delay of period ?
its unlikely for antibiotics to cause menstural changes , but the infection may be an indirect cause of period abnormalties along side with other causes

1. pregnancy ( if you sexually active ) 
2. Hormonal changes 
3. Some medications such as Medroxyprogesterone acetate
4. stress
5. Obesity
6. Thyroid diseases
7. gastic system disease (wheat allergy)

9. malnutrition and low weight

- if you have been sexual active recently , do home pregnancy test and if its positive , consult an OBGYN 
- if you havent been sexually active recently , do the following :
first you can take duphaston to get your periods , and the doses are : a pill every 12 hours for 5 days , and if you didnt get your period in this case , we advise you to consult GYN doctor to do the needed routine medical test and determine the treatment pathways ( if needed ) 
- avoid stress  and have plenty of rest 
- healthy life style including health diet and regular exercise 
- avoid sexual intercourse for the time being 
Needed medical examnation :
Pregnancy test  and abdominal pelvic US imaging test , and hormones levels tests : LH/FSH/ TSH/ PROLACTIN
