I tested positive for covid on Tuesday and had...
I tested positive for covid on Tuesday and had mild symptoms. The first two days ( Tuesday and Wednesday), I had body aches and fever (max 38c), then went down to 37 after taking two pills of panadol extra. Yesterday ( Thursday), I felt good, no body pain, no fever, so I just took my vitamins. (vitamin C, zinc, and d) note that I finished Zithromax 250mg 2 pills for three days (started on Wednesday). Today I woke up with a fever of 38, with pain in my back towards the lungs, I have no chest pain, and I can breathe normally, and SPO2 is 98%. I took two panadol in the morning, and it dropped to 37.7. I retook my body temp now (2.40 pm in Dubai), and it's 38.2. I took the other two panadol. Is it something normal? Should I take any additional medicine? Any recommendation?

What is the treatment that you should take ?
The treatment of covids patient it depends on the Protocol of the country , in general
Firstly the fever in covids patient is normal symptoms and you should only use paracetamol to lower that temperature and you can take it every 4-6 hours with no problem and may increase the dose untill 8 pills in 24 hours (twice pills every 4 hours ) when is needed , in addition to use zinc and vitamin c for 14 day
and advise you to drink always hot drinks and take a rest and avoid hard works
In advanced case may need to intrvenous antibiotcs like Ceftriaxone and Oxygen mask and anticoagulants
What is the investigations in covids patient ?
History and physical examination and you should do CBC to look for WBC and Lymphocytes and you should do PRC for corona virus and must do Chest x Ray to exclude chest infection and may need CHEST CT

- Dyspnea
- Chest pain
- Generalised weakness
- Bone Pain
- Change in smelling and taste
- Headache
What is the complications of Covid ?
- CHest infection
- Respiratory failure

It's RNA virus that attack respiratory system and cases the different symptoms
