When we talk about hypertension , It is consider chronic disease that is spread between old man and women , So we should follow hypertension and do not leave it because it can cause alot of complications will descripe below , Hypertenstion primarily treat by follow healthy lifestyle by follow healthy food through avoiding alot of fats , carbohydrates , caffeine , salt and smoking , advise to increase eating of fruits and vegatables , and advise you to work to decrease your weight through practicing sport as walking or running about 30 minutes daily , and decrease body total fat by take atrovstatin drug , then should obligate to anti-hypertensive drug which descriped by medical doctor by time and dose which doctor descriped for you
