My 2 years old boy was vomiting (4 times) in the last 1 hour with no other symptoms. First tome the vomit had solids food and after that it is almost clear or yellow liquid. What I should be watching and do?

what is the treatment of the vomiting in children ?
the first treatment option would be an anti emetic drugs such as metochlopramide and in case of repetitive vomiting the intravenus fluids and hospital admission might be the the right choice in some cases . the vomiting is a sign of a disease and not a disease itself so it should be investigated
what are the daignostic tests needed in such cases ?
the past food and medical history and clinical examination , an mri or a CAT scan of the brain in case if a brain injury is suspected, a urinalysis to check if the there is a urinary tract infection, a electrolytes blood exam to check if there is sodium or pottasium loss due to repetitive vomiting and a stool analysis to check if there is an infection or a parasitic infection
