When we talk about heartburn at night with chest and stomach pain we think about diagnosis of gastroesophagual reflex which present with symptoms will descripe below , We treat it by follow healthy lifestyle through eat healthy foods by avoiding fats , fast food , fried foods , coca cola , caffeine and smoking , and increase eating of fruits and vegatables , then we advise to work to decrease your weight throuhgh regular sport , and you must avoid eating 3 hours before sleeping , elevate your head 30 degree through sleeping , and take drug as omprazole or cimetidine which improve your symptoms , and should avoid pain killer as ibuprofen NSAIDs family which increase risk of gastric ulcer 
: Diagnosis
Advise you to follow our instructions and control your improvment , if you do not improve or your symptoms deteroriate advise you to go to internal medicine doctor to take more detailed history , do examination and some investigations as blood test and stool test for H.pylori to avoid gastric ulcer and follow your case
