Aoa dear and respectable doctors,, am suffering...
Aoa dear and respectable doctors,, am suffering from wrist ligaments pain and strain injury, today 18 days of that incident my left hand wrist still have pain and I canot lift heavy weights, doctor was saying to me your xrays are not showing any type of bone fracture, they only advice elastic crep bandage, Roma fast relieving cream and two types of tablet. Please give me information how can I recover from pain and stain in my wrist.

Am taking anti inflammatory tablet, tablet celbex 200 mg

What is the problem and treatment
Wrist trauma can be complicated by scaphoid bone fracture which dont manifist any abnormailty initially on Xray and that present as chronic wrist pin that last longer and could be detected by Wrist CT scan to detect bone necrosis and it should be treated by casting or surgical fixation along the use of analgesics, consult an orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation
Investigations
After proper physical exam wrist CT should be done to detect initially un idetified fractures and possible MRI to detect signs of Avscular necrosis and ligament injury in the wrist
