: Managment 
When wt talk about how to diagnose pregnancy we should mention symptoms of pregnancy which will descripe below , with perform pregnancy tests which prefer to do it after one week from loss period which is home urine test or blood test B-HCG to confirm diagnosis , So in your case there is hope to be pregnant and we advise you to wait three days and then perform pregnancy test by home urine test , if exit two lines that is meaning positive pregnancy or by blood B-HCG test
