Management of skin infection :
Appropriate treatment requires finding the underlying cause , which need histroy and clinical examination . Generally we recommend cleaning the area with water or saline and drying it vey well , if painful you can give ibuprofen syrup or tablets as needed , you also can continue using fucicort , in addition to taking the antibiotic amoxicillin 250 mg three times daily for 1 week .
Diagnosis :
this requires history and physical examination , do a full blood count to assess white ceel count , and CRP level .
Associated symptoms :
pain
- reddness
- fever
- itching
- pimples
Recommendations :
