When we talk about abnormal vaginal discharge , we should mentioned about bacterial or parasital infection as bacterial vaganosis which present with symptoms will descripe below , which is treat by take oral antibiotic Metronidazole ( flagyl ) 500mg twice daily for 7 days , and should mention to good care for vagina by daily washing with warm water and keep it dry
