Good day! I just wanna ask why am i having scratches in my arms with no reason?

How to diagnose the cause of skin scratches ?
There are many causes and those include:
Allergy,
Dermatological disease like eczema
urticaria
Side effects of drugs
Systemic illness like liver or gallblader disease
Local infection
What tests should you do ?
firstly skin exam ,CBC, inflamatory markers ESR
How to manage skin scratches ?
avoid using hot water
use a moisturizing soap when you shower
avoid itching or scrubbing dry skin scratches
If there is signs of infection you need fucidin cream
for allergy you need to use topical hydrocortisone 1%
I also recommend to use antihistamine medications like fexofenadin120mg to easen symptoms.

you need to consult dermatologist to help you and to follow up treatment
