Clobetasol isnt enough to treat fungal infection , and its not the main medication to treat it , using wrong medication may make your medical condition worse 
what is the next step to treat your medical condition :
we advise you to consult dermatology doctor as soon as possible and do the needed tests , usually such a condition according to the infection site are caused by type of fungal infection called : tenia capitis , and its treated initially by topical antifungal medications such as : clortrimazole 1% or econazole  2 times daily for 2 weeks on all affected area 
- if the infected area is large, doctor will stick to topical medical and prescribe along with it oral antifungal medications such as terbinatfine 250mg for 4-6 weeks 
- topical shmpoo that contain selenium sulphide  wil be also prescribed

- physical examination and swab culture test
