Hi ..i have missed my periods since 2 months ..i have also tried pregnency test twice ..but it was negative ..my stomatch is growing and iam gaining weight also

What are the sign and symptoms of Pregnancy ?
There are many signs and symptoms which can increase your suspicion of pregnancy , and these include :
- Delayed period .
- Breast pain .
- Changes in appetite .
- Abdominal distension .
- Abdominal and low back pain .
- Nausea and vomiting .

I actually tested twice since last two months ..once when i first missed lik my dates are after 25-31st so i did it 2-3 and then last month 25th bith the times it was negative ..and periods din occur and my stomatch is bloatin

You have to do the previous tests including an Ultrasound for the abdomen for clinical assessment and evaluation of your condition . If pregnancy is negative it may be the result of other causes such as PCOs and your doctor will prescribe medications such as Cidolut nor or other medications according to your conditon .
So you have to do the following tests :
