When we talk about normal level of liver enzymes , we should mention to liver enzymes AST 5-40 , ALT 7-56 , this is normal range and values , So we descripe causes of elevate liver enzymes as hepatitis , alcoholic liver disease , bile duct obstructions , muscle or kidney damage which related to liver disease , Which liver diseases present with symptoms as yellowish discoloration of eyes and skin , fatigue , abdominal pain , And if have any of this symptoms should go to internal medicine doctor to follow your case

Advise you if you have any abnormal symptoms go to internal medicine doctor to take detailed history , do clinical examination and some investigations as CBC , Liver functions and biochemistry and do diagnosal radological tests as ultrasound or CT , And follow your case
