Treatment of throat pain and cough after COVID infection
It is common symptoms due to infection with covid infection. Firstly, you have to be isolated in your home to avoid infection transmission to your family members and freinds. Increase your daily intake of water, hot drinks and vitamin C juices like lemon and orange. you also can take anti histamine like CETIRIZINE 10 mg once daily for ten days in addition to CAFESPAN syrup 5 cc three times daily for one week. If there is associated bacterial infection in your troat you can take Amoxicillin 500 mg three times daily for one week to relieve symptoms.
Investigations to do
Cause is known at you case thus there is no need for investigations. You can measure your temperature daily to avoid fever. CBC for WBC level.
