 ? What is the treatment for neck pain and itching 

First of all ,neck pain is a common symptom and there are a variety of diseases can cause neck pain and itching , so we advice right now to visit a  general surgeon for taking full history and meticulous physical examination to know the exact reason . at this time ,we advice to avoid stress and anxiety ,also to take aplenty of water at an average of 2-3 liters per day ,eating a healthy diet, also we should role out  head and neck malignancies like lymphomas  , through physical examination mouth, nose ,throat ,cervical lymph node , and by doing special investigations to seek for this problem .

After taking full history and meticulous physical exam by the doctor , we do CBC to look for leukocytosis , as sign of infection or malignancies , also do neck ultrasound to look for malignancies or sign of infections , also  measure thyroid hormones TSH ,T3,T4  to look for sign of thyrotoxicosis ,chest  Xray to look for lung carcinomas or other abnormality , also further investigations can be done according to history and physical exam by the doctor .
