actualy theses symptoms not clarify enough or not reallity so the history of anemia its enough to descripe symptoms such as pallor and fatique and dark urine so if you not have thalasmia or any congenital disese this symptoms need extra investigation if hemolytic disease you must treat iron over load as desfiral and plasmapharesis or if associated with gall bladder stone remove it untile taht need extra investigation
