Hi doctor ..last month I got heavy bleeding during my menstruation almost one month of January after 4 stop because I drunk daflon n progyluton and February started again my heavy bleeding almost 5 days now..I'm just worried about it ..just only now I experience this at my age 47..I really need you help ..I hope your soon reply..thank you!!!

Treatment of heavy menses and vaginal bleeding
IT is common problem affecting high percentage of females due to many factors and causes. Firstly, you can continue using mentioned drugs to decrease your vaginal bleeding in addition to Hexakaprin 1 gram twice daily to stop bleeding. You have to visit your gynecologist for clinical evaluation and examination to determine cause of bleeding and stop it.
Investigations to do
You can do CBC to diagnose anemia associated with heavy bleeding. You can do US for uterine causes like fibroids and polyps which cause bleeding. diagnosis of endometriosis.
