I have multiple myoma in my uterus, one is interstitial measure 6cm, another one is anterior wall sub serous 1 cm, and left lateral anterior one measure 4 cm , what the best option for there , can I wait , i 'm not married ?

Management of uterine myomas and fibroids
Myoma is a benign proliferation of the uterine myometrium that can cause infertility and its best mnaged using combined oral contraceptive pills to reduce the myoma size in patients unwilling of comception, in cases planning for pregnancy its aviced to use endovascular arterial embolization for myomas greater than 2.5 cm and if not possible the surgical excision is an alternative option, you should consult a gynecologist for management plan
Investigations
After proper physical exam, cbc should be done to detect anemia, hormonl assay should include Progestrone, Estrogen ,LH, FSH, to assess the extent of myomas MRI should be done
