How to treat Fungal infection ?
According the site you must treated either by Nystatin Oral drop if there is Mouth ulcer or By Gynedactazol suppository if there is Vaginal Fungal infection or by Flucan 50mg once daily for 6 days or by Miconazol Cream if thee is skin infection
What is the investigation fo Diagnosis ?
History and physical examination , You must do CBC and if thereis vaginal discharge you must make a culture and may you can do skin culture if there is skin fungal infection
