When we talk about unprotected sex and avalibality of getting HIV infection , Unprotected sex increase chance of occur HIV infection , so to avoid HIV should start regmain treatment within 72 hours and prefer through first 24 hours post exposure prophlayxis by using Antiretroviral drugs for HIV with medical following of your case , you should take this drug for 28 days to decrease chance of HIV infection to minimum point , Case need 2-12 weeks to start symptoms and appear antibody of HIV in blood , some cases for 6 months and be able to diagnose it

I advise you to go to infection department to take good history and follow your case and give you suitable treatment for your case
