When we talk about covid 19 and case after healing from this disease , we should confirm healing is confirmed by test PCR for covid virus with disapper or improve of general symptoms of covid 19 , In your case heart pain primerily advise you to go to cardiologist to do some investigation as ECG and Echo to rule out any problem in heart and to be in safe side , then may be normal symptom of covid and some time to full disapper some cases continue some symptom for 2 month or more , can take analgesia as ibuprofen , and take relaxon if suspected of muscle spasm , If there is symptoms of gastroesophagual reflex can treat with follow healthy food , regular sport , decrease weight and omprazole to improve your symptom
