 Frequent urination can be a symptom of many different causes, so treatment depends on the cause and may include conservative management by drinking good amount of water daily, and avoiding salts to treat infections and salts, control glucose level if you have diabetes mellitus, and you may need good antibiotic as levofloxacin 750 mg once daily to treat infection, and you may need surgical intervention as removal of renal stones

It depends on the clinical examination of an urologist and investigations as urine analysis and culture to detect infection and its type, and renal function tests ( urea, creatinine ), and PSA for prostate problems, and radiological studies for genitourinary system, glucose level to rule out DM...etc
