May occur in many times without reason
Eating large amounts of food at each meal
Eating spices and hot food
Depression, stress,constant anxiety and excess nervousness
Continuing environmental changes, nature of work and surrounding atmosphere

Hi doctor,thanks Dr for ur reply,what I have started like 3 days ago,first I felt some acidity usually in afternoon time usually I take breakfast at 11am then lunch by 6 pm,then my stomach like became inflatted and pain when pressing on it,it also caused a headache,nausea,and diarrhea every 4 hours nearly,I got gastrix pills for stomach inflammation plus imodium for diaherra,also premosan for the nausean ,eno as well is that good doctor to cure my situation,I feel like I got a food allergy cause I started scratching,how about activia yogurt do u recommend it,I already have allergy from milk
