Nutritional Assessment:

Underweight:

Doctors in this cases may describe some supplements like vitamins and minerlas, and may also advice to have an appetizing medicine.
Nutritional Manging for underweight:
- You have to put in your mind that dealing with this problem should be gradually.
- Taking the all main meals and snacks that giving to you without omitting any item.
- Concern about CHO group that contain all kind of breads, rice, pastas and potato, should be in every meals one of them.
- About proein group, you have to take in bigger amounts, like meats, poultry, fish, eggs, legumes and milk and milk product. This group is responsible for muscles.
- Milk and its priducts should all be consumed from the whole fat. Higher calories, higher energy.
- Healthy fat is the key that can help in preparing food, as its giving more tasty flavours and more calories.
- Avoid drinking any kind of fluieds even water before the meal time, because it will full the stomach space and will let you refrain from eating the amounts decided to you.
- Adding sauces and gravies while preparing food and salads will be a great solution for who is suffering from underweight, because it will improve the flavour and make it better, also its is full of calories.
- As snacks, nuts will be great, usually you can consume big amount without feeling that. Also nuts are from the healthy fat groups, you can eat it alone or add it the food, its rich in vitamins and minerals that helps in improving the appetite.
