Hi Doctor.
My name is Nadeem. Age 26yrs and weight around 62kg.
Occasionally Drink and smoke daily about 10 cig with history of 2years.
I sleep less mostly awake at night and sometimes skip meals.
This is my history.
I want know i feel tremors in hand and when i am nervous it goes to extreme. How can i control it. I usually feel bad infront of others and people ask me why my hands are shaky

When we talk about tremor and shaking of your hands , and you had history of drinking and smoking which are high related for this conditon , Smoking causes decrease oxygen level in blood , increase chance of blood vessel occlusion and increase rate of heart attack , All which increase tremor and shaking , While we talking about drinking increase avaliability of liver disease which cause tremor and shaking of your hands , we thinking of hyperthyrodisim which cause tremor and treat by propiothyiouracel or surgical , and advise you to stop smoking and drinking which assist in improve your case .

I advise you to go to internal medicine doctor to take more detailed history , do full clinical examination and do some investigations as CBC , Liver function test , thyroid hormones level TSH / FT4 and follow your case
