How to quit alcohol addiction?
Consulting a therapist or psychiatrist in order to learn new skills and strategies to overcome the drinking problem and use it in daily life, such as:
Change the behaviors that make you want to drink, deal with stress and other triggers that push you to drink, and build a strong support system from family and friends. In some cases, others may want to treat addiction through drugs that a psychiatrist can prescribe for you to get rid of the drinking problem, such as the drug Disulfiram, which is a substance It makes you feel sick if you drink and thus reduces your desire to drink. Decreased participation in social activities
Loss of interest in work or school.
