My baby is 1 yr old
She tested covid positive on 25/02/2021 but not tested negative till 14/03/2021. Is this okay? What should we do? Rest everyone tested negative. Is there any chances of reinfection?

there is no effective treatment against COVID 19 , but the immune system can get the pateint rid from the disease , but we advice to keep in quarantine or still at home for at least 14 days , and if there is an Fever or pain use Paracetamol 15mg/kg daily , and in some medical protocole you can use Azethromycin 125mg once daily fpr 3 days
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and clinical examination , and doing CBC to detect inflammmation , and do chest Xray , and doing PCR test to detect the DNA of the virus
