Hey doctor..Am black and I have this acne and black spots on my face and I have had it for some good years now..my skin is really sensitive that i have tried a coupleo f product and instead of working they end up trying to lighten me instead which I don't want..it's oily and really sensitive any recommendations on products I can use please.thank you

regarding treating acne :
you can use clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide 3 times daily , along with having face 2 times daily , and when acne relieved , only stick to benzoyl peroxide and face wash
- also , avoid oily food and spiced one , and try to lose weight and avoid stress
regarding treated black spots :
laser treatment will suit your skin and wont cause over bleaching or skin color changes
- you may need 3 - 5 sessions
what is the needed tests ?
- physcial examination is enough to diagnose your current medical condition
