When we talk about blood pressure we consider normal blood pressure measure about 120/80 , in your case blood pressure about 145/95 consider high and need good medical follow up , so primarily advise you to follow your blood pressure about one week by measure it everyday two time in morning and evening , and write it then should go to internal medicine doctor and take results and show it for doctor to detect what is best method for treatment for you , High blood pressure is treated mainly by good life style , do sport , avoid fatty food , decrease weight , healthy food and obligate for medical treatment .
