you should detect the cause by doing the clincal examination , and to get red of we advice you to avoiding sex with your husband , dont wear tight clothes , and if the cause of discharge due to vaginal infection  you can use metronidazole 500mg three times dialy , flucan 150mg once and then repeat the dose within 5 days and miconazole cream three times dialy 
For bleeding you can use Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) which is the first line medical therapy for bleeding , or bu using Oral contraceptive pills (OCPs)
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and doing CBC to detect inflammation and Urine analysis , and take swap from vaginal dicharge to so C&S , and pelvic Ultrasound , and mesure the level of Progesterone and estrogen

infection caused by bacteria , fungus , or parasites
