Hello, I have a question I have L5 S1 disc herniation which causes sciatica pain 2 months ago, I was on gabapentin during this period. now I'm feeling better and my pain is getting better. I still have pain but not as before and I'm still on gabapentin 300 mg 3 times daily, but my question is that I sometimes have a strange feeling in my vagina I think it feels like a light tingling but I can feel toilet paper, I usually have urate crystals in urine and I can't be sure if this can cause this feeling or it's because of disc herniation , I don't have severe pain in my back, have no urine incontinence, my bowel movement and defecation is natural, I always have to sit in bathroom for a while to pee this was normal for me even before disc herniation. Today I went to physiotherapist to begin physiotherapy sessions to improve my pain and movement . My question: does this sounds good and natural or it's could be cauda equina? Because I have fears from this tingling sensation or I can't even define what this feeling looks like or what it is related to.
