what is the recommended screen brightness to protect eyes ?
there is no specific number of brightness, but generally speaking , follow those tips :
- avoid using screens for long periods , and rest your eyes every while
- reduce the brightness especially at dark areas or at night
- avoid heightest level of brightness and get used to lower levels
- use screen protecter if applicable
