Which year did guard security alliance start...

The ISA was established in February 2017 by the United Arab Emirates and France, and at the beginning of March 2018, Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan announced its launch, along with five additional countries. During its launch, it was announced that the Union would work to support cooperation in the fields of police and security, and to exchange information and experiences to contribute towards peace and international security.
Since then, discussions and meetings have taken place during which joint projects have been approved, and in July 2019, the first ISA joint training was conducted with the participation of 50 enforcement agencies from its member states. The training conducted in Abu Dhabi entitled "ISALEX19" included all representatives of tactical units, rapid engagement units, liaison crews, civil defense, and bomb disposal units.
