this medical condition is called : keloid scar, as abnormal fibrous tissue start growing out of scar location

1. steroids injections
2. silicone dressing and compression
3. surgical excision ( with or without radiation )
4. cyrotheapy or laser thearpy
Is Keloid scar curable ?
yes , above mentioned methods are quite effective to remove the scar , or at least reduce its symptoms
