Treatment:
- High temperature(fever) is a symptom rather than a disease, and it results from many causes. Therefore, the baby's condition must be evaluated in the hospital and the necessary tests should be run then treatment according to the cause,until then the fever must be lowered following some advice such as making cold water compresses on the head, under the armpits, and on the inner sides of the thigh for a quarter of an hour multiple times a day, making a lukewarm water bath more than once, and taking antipyretics such as Paracetamol in a dose according to the child's weight( 15mg/kg) 3 or 4 times a day, and if Fever continues, you should go to the hospital to avoid the occurrence of febrile convulsions.

- Diagnosis is made by taking the medical history, doing a clinical examination, and then running some tests such as a complete blood test to assess the white blood cell count, examination of sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein that are high in infections, a chest X-ray to exclude infections, urine examination to exclude urinary tract infections, Stool examination to rule out gastroenteritis, examination of cerebrospinal fluid to exclude meningitis and other tests as shown to the doctor through a clinical examination
