Hi,I have blood pressure of 170/109 with heart beat of 98.before that my blood pressure was 140/92'and I was taking the medicine of 10mg in morning time.now my weight is also increased by 110kg ,when I go to sleep ,I feel that my heart will go.suggest me what can I do now?

you need to consult a cardiologist the first thing , meanwhile you need to rest , avoid stress and sternous excercise , you need to limit salts and stop smoking , finally discuss taking bisoprolol (concor ) with you cardiologist after doing all the necessary tests
