if the adenoid enlarmnet a symptomatic there is no need for treatment , and if there is symptoms and sings of enlargment and inflammation you can use Antibiotics such as Amoxicillin 125mg 2times daily , and Gentamycine nasal drops , with normal saline nasal drops , and for pain and fever you can use Paracetamole15mg/kg daily , and in some cases if there is no cure and the episodes recure , the treatment will be by removal the adenoid by surgery under general anesthesia 
Diagnosis : 
By taking full medical history , and doing clinical examination and CBC to detect inflammation , and examin the nose by nasoscope , and CT on the nose and brain 
Symptoms :

• Difficulty breathing and feeding
• snoring
• nasal discharge 
• fever 
• restless
