I have been taking psychiatric medicine since 2016...
I have been taking psychiatric medicine since 2016 and i have stopped them this year but while taking the medicines i suddenly had a drop in my iron and haemoglobin level, i have headaches, nausea, body pain, fatigue, weakness, dizziness 24/7, sometimes i have electric shocks when i touch and sometimes i have this burning sensation in my feet, which is not often, my vision keeps on changing, i have abdominal cramps, sometimes breathing problems but i have extreme pain in my body, its an unexplainable pain and i am very irritated and i have severe mood changes, what can it be

How to treat headache ,fatigue ,dizziness amd burning sensation in the feet
the cause of these symptoms may be due to vitamin B12 or vitamin B6 deficiency and the treatment of this problem is by giving intramuscular injections of these vitamins to compensate therir deficiency and it may be caused by anemia and low body iron which can be treated by using ferrous sulfate every 8 hours for 2 monthes and your symptoms may be due to sudden stopping of psychiatric medications so you should follow up with the psychiatrist to stop your medications gradually

you should be evaluated by the physician and has serum level of B12 and B6 done to exclude the presence of its deficiency and you should has CBC done to exclude the presence of anemia and to follow up the treatment
