How to treat anemia ?

to treat iron deficiency anemia you should use drug that contain iron like ferric citrate or ferrous sulfate which is used by the dose of 325 mg every 8 hours for 2 to 3 monthes and if the level of haemoglobin is lower than 8 then the patient should has blood transfusion and you should treat the cause of anemia like bleeding from the body which may be caused by piles which can be treated surgically or it may be due to intestinal parasite which can be treated by drug like albenazole

How to diagnose anemia?

you should has CBC done  to detect the level of haemoglobin and you should have serum iron level done and TIBC and transferrin saturation and you should has fecal occult blood test done to exclude the presence of bleeding from the intestine of stomach and the stool should be examined to exclude the presence of parasites

what are the causes of anemia?

not eating enough iron
intestinal parasite
bleeding from the gastrointestinal tract
