Treatment of penile discharge : 
the treatment depends on the cause and to knoe the cause you should visit the doctor and doing clinical examination , and fot treat discharge that result from urindary tract infection you can use antibiotics such as Cefaclor 500mg 2 times daily for 5 days , and if the cause is Gonorrhea you can use Ceftriaxone 250mg IM injection and Azethromycin 500mg once daily for 3 days ,  and for pain you can Ibuprofen 400mg every 12hours , and we advice you to drink alot of water and avoid coffe and soda 
Diagnosis : 
By taking full medical history and doing clincal examination , and CBC to detect inflammation and urine analysis and C&S , and take swap from discharge to do culture on it to detect the cause and organism 
Causes : 

• UTI
• sexual transmitted disease 
• Gonorrhea
• Prostatitis 
• Fungal infection

Advice :
