Here is some advices to strengthen your body and enhance your health:
You shall follow a healthy lifestyle and good behaviors in order to keep your health better, such as:
· Have a healthy diet and vary between meats, fruits, vegetables, carbs and milk.
· Eat many types of food, such as have many types of fruits.
· Don’t stay up so you protect the metabolism, you have to sleep 8 hours at night.
· Don't eat too much food to avoid the fats. So you have to eat what the body needs not more.
