The appropriate diet to lower high blood cholesterol is:
- Get used to boiled and grilled foods.
- Fried foods can be eaten with the addition of oil to them within the permissible amount, for example, frying potatoes with a tablespoon of oil or two tablespoons of oil.
- Reducing the intake of foods containing animal fats to reduce excess cholesterol, and not to use butter and obesity.
