Hi i am having a problem for sleeping.. I cant sleep for 2 weeks now.. I ve try the melatonin.. But still its effective to me... Can yiu suggest good medicine for sleeping.

What is the treatment of sleeplessness?
Treatment depends on the cause after conducting the necessary tests , but the treatment can be summarized as follows:
exercise daily
Maintain a daily sleep schedule regularly
Avoid caffeine at night
Avoid smoking
Avoid going to bed with feeling of hunger
Ensure a comfortable sleeping environment.
Use relaxation techniques - such as meditation and relaxation of muscles.
Cognitive therapy - individual counseling or group therapy.
Stimulate mental control - just go to bed when you are sleepy. Avoid watching TV, reading, eating or worrying in bed. Set the alarm clock at the same time each morning , and avoid a long nap during the day
Medical treatments for sleeplessness include:
Antidepressants like elatrole
Antihistamines such as hudu tab 1x1
Melatonin which is a sleep hormone
short term use of benzodiazepines such as xanax 1x1
