how to treat dizziness and heavy menstruation
you can treat the symptoms that may appear around the menstruation by using ibuprofen and to treat heavy menstruation you can use progestin and you can use also tranexamic acid and heavy menstruation can cause anemia due to blood loss which can be treated by using ferrous gluconate with adose of 325 mg every 8 hours for 2 to 3 monthes

you should has your blood pressure measured by the physician to exclude the presence of hypotension also you should has CBC done to exclude the presence of anemia and you should has abdomina ultrasonography done to exclude uterine fibroid or PCOS
