I have gonorrhea from 6 months I do treatment also...

• Gonorrhea eradication needs antibiotic treatment, and there are 3 main Antibiotics options, first of all and the most effective one is a single intramuscular injection of Ceftriaxone 500mg, the second option is resorted to when there is an allergy to Ceftriaxone or it's not available thus you can use a single intramuscular injection of Gentamicin 240mg +Azithromycin 2g orally, the least preferred option is the third one which is a single dose of Cefixime 800mg. along with taking the Antibiotic you should avoid having sex for a while and take care of your personal hygiene and make sure your partner is having the same treatment even if they don't show symptoms

required tests :

• some tests should be run such as a urine test to detect any bacterial infection, analyze a swab from the discharge at the laboratory

• Pain during urination
• Discharge from the penis
• Discharge from the rectum
• abdominal pain 
• Pelvic pain
• Anal itching
• arthritis

• use the treatment mentioned above and avoid sexual intercourse for a while
