post covid problems
It is common problem as high percentage of covid patients complaining of symptoms after treatment and recovery like what you montion. Firstly, increase your daily intake of water for at least 3 liters per day. Increase daily intake of vitamin C juices like lemon and oranges. You can take vitamins like VITAMIN E and Zinc tabs to relieve symptoms in addition to anti histamine drugs like loratadine 10 mg once daily
