Hi doc. It's Jessica I want to ask y I experience nose bleed last night I have nose bleed and it's more blood and I feel in my throat also and when I split out is blood clot, what was that doc. And what I need to do is there something wrong to me

How to treat nose bleeding


you should go to the hospital and assesssed by ENT physician to assess the severity of nose bleeding and in severe cases nasal packing can be used to stop bleeding ans some time cauterization of nasal septum can be done to prevent the bleeding and if the bleeding is caused by hypertension then antihypertensve drugs like amlodipine can be used 

How to diagnose nose bleeding 


you should be examined by the ENt physician to assess the nose and exclude the presence of nose inflammation which may cause bleeding also PT and PTT should be done to exclude the presence of coagulopathy and CBC should be done to exclude low platelets

What are the causes of nose bleeding


hypertension
coagulopathy
nose infection
low platelets

you should be assessed by the physician and has the lab test sone

Hi doc I'm already find only last night I experience that blood but it take only 5mins after I press my nose and that time blood stopped but I did not feel anything. And I thinks 5 months after I also experience nose bleed but not to much and it's take only 3 mins I think
